SEC Climate Change Brief: What You Need to Know

The Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) recently voted to issue an interpretive release regarding disclosures related to climate change issues in annual reports, registration statements and information statements of issues. This Climate Change Brief, designed for C-level executives, compliance officers and in-house counsel, is being presented to help companies understand their disclosure and filing responsibilities and how this may affect their business. Presented by Alston & Bird lawyers and industry executives, the Brief will be simultaneously offered via video-conference at both the Washington DC and New York City Locations – it will not be relayed to the other locations previously advertised at this time.
