Apparel and footwear brands alike are challenged with ensuring that dynamic, U.S. government regulations, in particular the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA), and other restricted substances standards are clearly communicated throughout the supply chain. AAFA travels to India for its first-ever conference, bringing brands and their suppliers together with retailers and industry experts for an in-depth discussion of product safety regulations, new testing requirements, utilization of AAFA's Restricted Substances List, U.S. and European retailer concerns and the consequences of non-compliance.
