- ARLINGTON, VA - The American Apparel & Footwear Association (AAFA) has joined the Voluntary Interindustry Commerce Standards (VICS) Association, an organization of major retailers and vendors committed to improving the efficiency of the entire supply chain. VICS establishes cross-industry standards that simplify the flow of product and information in the general merchandise industry for both retailers and suppliers.
